WEEKLY PRAYER REQUESTS:

Let’s pray for our church together this week!

• Pray for our Woodlands Youth High School Seniors as they celebrate tonight (5/8) and finish up their time in high school, as well as our college students that are leaving for the summer.  Pray that the seeds of faith that have been planted in them grow strong as they enter their next season.  Pray that those that are following Christ continue to find identity and direction in Him and His plan.  Pray that those who are not following Jesus will recognize a need for Him and have people enter their lives and point directly them to Him.
• Pray for Spring Into Action as we get ready to serve on May 19th.  Pray for the project leaders, that they have clarity and organization leading up to the event.  Pray for all of the (over 250) volunteers; leading up to and on the day of they will be filled with the joy that is from Christ and excitement to make an impact in our community.  Pray that it will be a fun time connecting to one another and our community through service!
• Pray for our staff as we finish up the ministry year and get into summer rhythms.  Pray for Pastor Dave as he is at the beginning of his sabbatical.  Ask that God replenishes him & draws him close into intimacy with Him during his time away from Woodlands.
• Be praying for our supported missionaries Nick & Emily as they are back in the United States.  Pray that their family will be energized and replenished during their time here.

• Frankie Wheeler – Frankie requested prayers for the salvation of his acquaintances Jake, Oscar, and William.
• Joey Patrick – Joey requested prayer for her relative in PA who has been battling health issues and just received some sad news.
• Michelle & Justin Nohilly – Michelle requested prayer because her husband Justin’s mother passed away this last week.
• Diane Kohn – Diane requested prayers because of a severe arthritis flare up and tensions at work.
