WEEKLY PRAYER REQUESTS:

• Pray for our Thanksgiving service.  Ask that those who attend are able to fully see God’s faithfulness and provision in their lives.  Ask that it is a sweet time of connecting to one another by having unified grateful hearts and through genuine conversation over pie.
• Pray for the many newcomers to Woodlands.  Ask that they feel welcomed here and that we take bold steps to welcome, come alongside, and disciple them.
• Pray for members in our congregation that are feeling grief and anxiety surrounding the holiday season.  Ask that God replaces their overwhelming thoughts of anxiety or grief with rest and peace that is only from Him.
• Ask God to abundantly provide for the church’s needs. May He inspire church members to give generously as an act of discipleship and faithful stewardship.
• Continue to pray for our supported workers Phil and Teri as they are continuing to jump right in to life in Uganda.  Pray for Phil as he has begun teaching and discipling students at Suubi Christian School who are approaching graduation, giving them tools to be lifelong followers of Jesus.  Pray for Teri as she comes alongside members of the community and creates relationships.  Ask that they feel peace and ease as they transition to their new home.
