Join Woodlands in prayer this week!

WEEKLY PRAYER REQUESTS:

• Pray for the new season at Woodlands, that our congregation would be excited to be in Christ-centered community through the groups and classes that will be launching.

• Pray that we will STAND with Pastor Jon (he is joining staff this week!).

• Continue to pray for the hiring of our open staff positions.  Ask God for very evident indicators of who should be hired, and ask that our hiring teams listen well to the Holy Spirit. Pray that all people involved in the process, even those that do not get hired, are encouraged and feel God’s guidance and direction.

• Pray for our supported missionaries Rich and Rachel Hendrikson in Birmingham, England.  They have been asked to mentor students in local high schools and Rich has been asked to start a Christian youth program at a local community center. They are also heavily involved in a non-profit that serves the homeless through food and shelter.  The roof of the building they were using to serve the homeless collapsed.  Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the building needs repair.
