Scripture:
Romans 8, Proverbs 14, Ezekiel 30-32
Prayer:
Today, we get to read Romans 8. What a beautiful and powerful piece of Scripture! Spend some time reading and pondering the gospel truths proclaimed in Romans 8. Lean into the truth that, “the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God” as you pray your way through Romans 8 and the rest of your day!
The GroupLife Connect starts today! Our staff team has thought and prayed over how to best shepherd people through this coming year and we have resoundingly come back to ‘being in community with other believers’ as one of the best ways to thrive in this next season. Pray for the Spirit to move in hearts and many would get connected into a gospel-centered community this year.
Pray for progress on the new building. Pray for excellence and protection of the workers. Pray for timeliness of deliveries and the work that goes along with materials. Praise God for the work already done! Pray for each person that has been and will be impacted by that building – that God would be made much of and His kingdom would expand because of what is going in and through that building!
