MY FAMILY

Continue to lift your family members before the Lord in prayer. You decide how to structure this part!

MY COMMUNITY:

Pray for your "one" - the person in your life who doesn't know Christ today.
Pray that God would open a door for you to share the gospel with them.

Idea: As you pray for this person ask that God would use you as His "co-worker" in whatever way He desires. 1 Corinthians 3:6-9:

I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.

OUR CHURCH:

Will you pray for the Elders of Woodlands?

David Dumke
Bradley Johnson
Derek Leonard
Dale Sankey
Randy Sherf

We will also be presenting two new elder candidates at the Annual Congregational Meeting on July 31st, so pray that God would continue to guide that process.

OUR WORLD:

Bala and Carol serve as support for evangelists and church planters in our country of focus the last part of this week.  They are seeing God move there and are deeply encouraged.  When asked what has been a source of encouragement for them, they reply:

"To see national church planters take great risk and sacrifice to minister to M**ms."

Would you join us in continuing to pray for God to work through Christian workers in this region to make much of His Name?  Pray that Bala and Carol would continue to be encouraged and that the national church planters would renew their hope and joy in laboring for the sake of His Name.

OUR FOCUS:

As the Kansas City team begins the trek home, praise God for the work He's been doing there in the hearts of our teens!  We've heard some great stories of care offered and 'other's first' thinking.  Please pray for lasting fruit for these teens!
Our Uganda team will touch back down on American soil today.  Praise God for His gracious guidance, love, and care for this team and the people in Uganda.  See more of their journey here on their blog.
Our Guatemala team of high schoolers leaves this weekend.  Would you pray for an openness to what God will show them this coming week, willing hearts to serve and open ears to listen and follow Jesus?
