Keep praying for your family members. Who will you pray for today?
Pray for your circle of influence. Who are some people that you tend to see often and can influence for Christ?
Idea: Continue to think about 1 Corinthians 3:6-9, as you pray about how God might use you in your circle of influence.
I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
Pray for our weekend services. Thursday is the day we make final preparations for Sunday morning. Would you pray for the message, those who will attend, and all the details involved? (Think about volunteer teams, tech teams, worship teams. etc.)
Pray that God's Word would go out with power this weekend!
Yesterday we learned how large and diverse Indonesia is and we support a team working in and amongst that diversity! Of the roughly 76,000 villages, over 45,000 still do not have a church and nearly 100 million people in Indonesia can be considered unevangelized.
Pray for open doors for those whom God calls to this nation to make much of His name. Pray that the Church continues to grow amidst the intense opposition and persecution. And pray for protection and unwavering obedience to Christ for those Christian workers working in Indonesia.
This week we have been praying for the team currently serving in Kansas City. Let's continue to lift them as the week of service starts to turn toward heading home. Pastor Jordan often refers to mission trips as the 'boot camp' and there are extra challenges in returning to everyday life with a new perspective and renewed vision of service. Would you pray this trip would impact these kids and their leaders in a way that reaches beyond this week?
