Keep praying for your family members!
Pray for your coworkers - the people you see every day.
Idea: If they don't know Christ, pray that God would give you the boldness that Paul has in Acts 17:2-4.
"As was his custom, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and proving that the Messiah had to suffer and rise from the dead. “This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Messiah,” he said. Some of the Jews were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a large number of God-fearing Greeks and quite a few prominent women."
Pray for families as the school year ends. Pray that this summer would be encouraging, challenging, relaxing and fulfilling – that it would draw families closer together and they would find time around God’s Word together.
Jim and Kelley Sautner work with Destino, a Cru ministry, in Texas. Their prayer request is this:
"That we’d consistently practice His presence by being filled with the Spirit as we go."
Pray for your fellow 'Woodlanders' today, that our faith would be strengthened through the reading and hearing of the Word. Pray, like Jesus did for Peter in Luke 22:32, that our faith may not fail.
