Isaiah 13-15, Psalm 107, NT Catch Up
Prayer:
- “Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so…” (Psalm 107:1-2). What are you giving thanks to the Lord for today? Recall his goodness and his steadfast love that you’ve read so far in Scripture in 2021 and/or in your lifetime! Turn your recollections into prayers of thanks to him.
- From Woodlands Youth: We are hosting a training and team building night for our small group leaders. We have 60+ adult volunteers who faithfully follow Jesus and seek to build relationships with students in an effort to point them as often as possible to Jesus and encourage them in their faith. Pray for this time with leaders to be fruitful and encouraging.
- Pray for Darrell and Sondra, especially as they are on home assignment for the next few weeks. You can catch up with them this Sunday, September 12 – they’ll be in the foyer by the world map or hear their presentation at noon in the kitchen classrooms.*
