Prayer:

    • In this week of Thanksgiving let’s give thanks to God for Jesus and the gift of salvation that allows us to know God and enjoy Him forever. Let’s also pray for our friends and neighbors who don’t know Him – that God would draw them to Himself and provide ways for us to share His love with them.

    • Pray for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes that were sent out last week, that kids would be blessed with the gifts and that their lives would be changed with the gospel message that is included in each shoebox.

    • In this upcoming season of giving, ask God to give us truly generous hearts. That we would give and love generously out of an abundance of joy because He first gave and we are His image-bearers. Pray that we would loosen our grip on the things of this world, knowing and believing we are owners of nothing and stewards of everything for His glory.

    • This Tuesday is the last day students can sign up for the Districts Youth Conference happening in January. Pray that many would attend and their lives would be changed for eternity.

    • Pray for the work missionaries are doing in the 10/40 Window to reach the thousands of people who are a part of the Unreached People Groups (UPG) Pastor Brian mentioned on Sunday. Ask God to raise up more missionaries to reach these people.
